Why are there homeless people in the world ? This is the question that often ask myself.I see homeless people sleeping downtown in parks, when there are shelters every where. I was in a situation once when I was forced to move out of my home because of health issues, which I lost my job. I tried to get in a shelter but the stipulations of the shelter where ridiculous. I didn't qualify to stay at the shelter. There where several others that I called and because of their rules I was not able to get in until there was a bed available. I ended up living with a relative which was not a good experience. I hope our government figure out a solution to this problem. Please tell me what you think ?
